This policy explains what personal data we process when you use daninicorrect.com, send an enquiry or contact us, and your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process
- Enquiry form data: name, email, phone (optional), business information (legal form, VAT status, number of employees, document volume, activity) and the content of your message.
- Correspondence: data you send us by email or tell us by phone.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and system logs processed by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
- Analytics data: aggregated visit statistics via Google Analytics — only if you have given consent.
Please don't send ID numbers, bank details, health or other sensitive information through the form.

4. Recipients and processors
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and website protection.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — forwards form messages to our email. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. If you prefer, email or call us directly.
- Google — Google Analytics (with consent only) and Google Maps (loaded only if you press "Show the map").
- Our email provider — to receive and store correspondence.
- Public authorities — only where required by law.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
5. Retention
- Enquiries that don't lead to a contract — up to 12 months after the last communication.
- Contract-related data — for the term of the contract and the periods required by accounting and tax law.
- Analytics data — according to Google Analytics settings, no longer than 14 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, email office@daninicorrect.com. We reply within one month.
You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.
7. Security
The whole site runs over HTTPS. Access to enquiries and client data is limited to the staff who work with them. See also GDPR information and the Cookie Policy.
