1. Who we are
These terms govern the use of daninicorrect.com and communication through it. They do not replace an individual accounting services contract. The specific relationship — scope, deadlines, fees and responsibilities — is set out in a separate written contract.
Danini Correct, 92 Hristo Botev Blvd, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Email: office@daninicorrect.com.
2. Information on the website
Articles, calculators and the tax calendar are for general information, reflect the rules at the update date and are not individual accounting, tax or legal advice. Calculator results are approximate. A specific case requires a consultation and a review of the documents.
3. Enquiries and contracts
- Sending an enquiry through the website or by email does not create a contract.
- A contract arises once a quote is confirmed in writing or a contract is signed setting out the scope, deadlines, price and document channel.
- When taking over from another accountant, an opening set of documents may be needed: trial balances, VAT ledgers and returns, payroll records, asset register, annual accounts and tax returns.
4. What the services usually include
Bookkeeping of source documents, document and balance checks, reports and returns, filings with the NRA and NSSI, the year-end close and financial statements. The exact scope depends on the business (VAT, staff, cross-border transactions, e-commerce, stock) and is agreed in writing.
5. Client obligations
- Document deadline: the client provides documents and information by the agreed date each month. Late documents may require corrections and increase the risk of missed deadlines.
- Accuracy: the client is responsible for the authenticity of the documents and data provided.
- Evidence: for services and larger costs the client keeps contracts, protocols, correspondence and evidence of performance.
- Notice of changes: bank accounts, staff, address, activity, sales platforms, cross-border deals, loans and leases.
6. Liability
Danini Correct works with professional care based on the information provided. We are not liable for penalties or damage resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data, late documents, missing evidence or actions taken by the client without notice.
7. Confidentiality
Information received in connection with the services is confidential. It may only be disclosed where required by law or with the client's express written consent.
8. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and GDPR information.
9. Copyright
The website content — text, images, calculators and design — is protected. Copying and distribution without written permission is not allowed. Quoting with an active link to the source is permitted.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the new version will be published on this page. Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
